Rangers fans have been left frustrated with Nico Raskin’s “shambolic” injury setback.
Philippe Clement admitted that the 22-year-old’s recovery from an ankle injury he sustained in the Gers’ 2-1 league victory over Hearts in October will take longer than initially expected.
The Belgian has made 30 appearances for Rangers since his January move from Belgian side Standard Liege, but injuries have forced him to the sidelines for 16 fixtures.
He had been a mainstay for Michael Beale before his sacking having started all games in all competitions when he was available this season, and Clement himself opted to keep him in the starting line-up before his blow.
