Sources: Andrew Dickson to quit Rangers as exodus intensifies

Rangers director Andrew Dickson is leaving as the club continue a massive overhaul of their senior staff, sources have told Football Insider.

The club have been in the process of major changes at Ibrox and announced the departure of academy chief Craig Mulholland on Tuesday.

Ross Wilson also left the club to Join Nottingham Forest and it has been confirmed that managing director Stuart Robertson will leave his post at the end of the current campaign.

Football Insider first revealed the exit of Mulholland on 13 April and now understands that Dickson will leave his post soon.

The current head of finance and football administration has been associated with Rangers since 1991 and eventually was appointed to the football board in 2015.

He has been a key figure in helping the club get back to the top of the footballing pyramid in Scotland and helping to build a stronger financial foundation.

Fans have had to watch major figures leave the club as Michael Beale and his recruitment staff get set for what will be a massive summer of transfer activity.

Rangers have found themselves behind rivals Celtic on all fronts domestically and need a strong window to catch the Hoops who are heading for yet another domestic treble.

The massive turnaround at board and staff level will be something that staff and squad will have to deal with as the keep full focus on the pitch.

However Andrew Dickson is set for the exit as his 31 year affiliation with the club is set to come to an end as yet another key figure of the Gers board room is set for the exit.
