Sources: Arsenal told to submit £100m+ Declan Rice offer
Arsenal will have to pay a minimum fee of £100million to land West Ham star Declan Rice this summer, Sources have told Football Insider.
The English international midfielder is a key target for The Gunners this summer and has been sounded out over what would be a club-record signing.
Hammers manager David Moyes hailed Rice as “the best English midfielder there is” and made it clear that if clubs want to buy him they must pay a huge fee.
West Ham will not accept any swap or part-exchange deals for their star man, and will only sell if their minimum valuation of £100m is met by one of the clubs chasing him.
The Hammers have a one year option on his current deal and therefore are under no pressure to sell this summer.
Nevertheless, the 24-year old is expected to leave the London stadium in summer with Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City keen for his signature.
Its understood Arsenal are in pole position to land Rice, who is keen to stay in London and play Champions League football next season.
Working with Mikel Arteta is also said to be an exciting prospect for Rice, who has been impressed with how the Spaniard has transformed Arsenal into title contenders.
The West Ham captain has once again been in superb form for his side despite a poor season that found the club battling relegation.

Rice has made 34 league appearances among 44 in all competitions this season for West Ham, and recently hit the milestone of 200 league appearances for the club.
He has played 239 Irons matches in total since breaking into the team initially as a centre-back.
