Sources: Chelsea to offer three big names in Onana swap deal talks
Chelsea are willing to offer Trevoh Chalobah, Kalidou Koulibaly and Romelu Lukaku in a swap deal for Inter Milan goalkeeper Andre Onana, sources have told Football Insider.
Onana is the Blues’ number one goalkeeper target and are willing to offer between £35-£40million to get a deal done with the Italian giants.
Football Insider has learned that a deal could be done for around £43million and the London club could include three players in the deal.
Lukaku has spent the 2022-23 campaign on loan at the Serie A side despite quitting the club to join Chelsea in 2022.
Chalobah has fallen down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge, starting just 18 Premier League games this season whilst Koulibaly started 20.
According to talkSPORT (12 June), the Blues are open to offers for both goalkeepers Kepa Arrizabalaga and Edouard Mendy.
Neither keeper has been able to cement their place as the number one at Stamford Bridge in recent seasons and it is now likely that the Londoners could offload both, with Onana their ideal replacement.
Onana’s current contract at Inter runs until 2027 after joining from Ajax on a free transfer last summer.

As quoted by the Evening Standard (11 June), following their narrow defeat to Man City in the Champions League final, the 27-year-old said he is “so happy” at the Italian side.
Onana made 41 appearances for Inter across all competitions this season and kept 19 clean sheets in those outings.
