Sources: Everton confident of agreeing Morgan Gibbs-White deal as new bid readied
Everton are readying a new Morgan Gibbs-White bid and are confident Wolves will accept it, sources have told Football Insider.
The Merseysiders have had an initial offer of £22.5million rejected by Wolves for the 22-year-old.
Everton have been encouraged by the fact the England Under-21 international is keen on a move to Goodison Park and the Midlands outfit are strapped for cash.

A new offer for Gibbs-White will be submitted soon as Everton look to complete what would be a box-office signing.
Manager Frank Lampard believes Gibbs-White fits the bill after his stellar loan campaign for Sheffield United in the Championship, where he scored 13 goals and supplied a further 10.
Football Insider first revealed Everton’s interest in the Wolves man on 4 July.
Gibbs-White has also attracted interest from Nottingham Forest, Southampton and Crystal Palace this summer.
He has played alongside Anthony Gordon and worked under Everton coach Ashley Cole at England Under-21 level.
Forest boss Steve Cooper coached him during a loan spell at Swansea City and England Under-17s when they won the World Cup in 2017.
Gibbs-White is under contract at Molineux until the summer of 2024 but has not been able to establish himself in the side in the Premier League.
Despite breaking into the Wolves side when they won the Championship title in 2017-18, he has managed just 10 top-flight starts since their promotion.

Everton need to replace the goals scored and created by Richarlison who completed a £60million move to Tottenham earlier this month (1 July).
Gibbs-White will become the second signing of the summer for Everton if he completes a move after James Tarkowski moved on a free transfer from Burnley.
In other news, Jordan Pickford is expected to agree a deal after an Everton transfer U-turn.
