Sources: Fulham move for Sasa Lukic stalls after personal terms agreed
Fulham’s move for Torino midfielder Sasa Lukic has stalled due to last-minute issues club to club, sources have told Football Insider.
Lukic, 26, has agreed personal terms on a move to Craven Cottage and is keen to finalise the deal by the 11pm deadline.
Fulham were hoping to put the finishing touches to Lukic’s move within the next hours, but the deal has been held up due to issues over the payment of the fee.
The Serbia international is currently contracted at Italian club Torino until 2024 but has been tempted by a move to the Premier League to join Fulham.
Lukic joined Torino from Spanish side Levante back in 2018 and could now be tempted by another move.
The midfielder has made 19 appearances for the Serie A outfit this season and has scored one goal and provided three assists during those outings.
The Serbian plays internationally alongside Fulham front man Aleksandar Mitrovic and featured for his country in the World Cup last month, making three appearances in the top international competition.
Fulham boss Marco SIlva is looking to add more quality and depth to his midfield as they attempt to hold on to seventh spot in the Premier League and continue to aim for a spot in one of the European competitions next season.

Earlier today (31 January), this site revealed that centre-mid Josh Onomah has mutually agreed to terminate his contract at Craven Cottage.
Silva’s other centre-midfield options include Harrison Reed and Tom Cairney.
