Sources: Leeds United defender Cody Drameh undergoes Luton Town medical after deal agreed
Leeds United defender Cody Drameh is completing a Luton Town medical on Thursday after agreeing a move, sources have told Football Insider.
The right-back, 21, is putting the finishing touches to a loan move until the end of the season.
Luton have reached an agreement over Drameh after accepting Southampton’s offer for James Bree.

As reported by Football Insider on Thursday, Bree is finalising a permanent move to Southampton and will undergo his own medical ahead of completing the transfer in the next 24 hours.
Drameh is rated highly at Elland Road but has fallen down Jesse Marsch’s pecking order, with Luke Ayling an established starter and Rasmus Kristensen adding competition to the right-back spot following his move to Yorkshire in the summer.
Leeds United first signed Drameh from Fulham in August 2020, and the young defender was implemented into the Whites’ youth team.
But Drameh only had to wait just over a year before making his senior debut for Leeds, starting in a 2-0 defeat to Arsenal in an EFL Cup fourth-round match.
Just five days later he made his debut in the Premier League, but since then league opportunities have been hard to come by.

Drameh did make 22 appearances for Leeds in the Championship before their promotion under Marcelo Bielsa, but since reaching the top flight he has made just four appearances and played 196 minutes in the league.
The 2022/23 season has seen Drameh make just one appearance for Marsch’s team – a 70-minute stint against Brentford back in September.
