Sources: Man United now ready to accept Christian Eriksen offer with deal days from completion
Man United are willing to sell Christian Eriksen in January as they prepare to dump another superstar, sources have told Football Insider.
Sources revealed to Football Insider that the club feel that the 31-year-old’s “legs have gone” and that he is struggling to keep up with the intensity of the Premier League.
The midfielder’s future is in major doubt as Sir Jim Ratcliffe prepares to take control of football decisions at Old Trafford as his deal to purchase a 25 per cent stake in the club is days from completion.

Football Insider revealed earlier this month (6 December) that the club are set to announce the completion of Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s investment in Man United within days.
Eriksen has been sidelined with a knee injury sustained against Luton Town since last month but his performances were considered poor by the United coaching staff in the opening weeks of the season.
United will listen to offers for the former Tottenham and Brentford man, whose contract expires in the summer of 2025, in the upcoming transfer window.
He has long been a favourite of former Ajax boss Erik ten Hag, who signed him as a free agent in the summer of 2022 in his first transfer window at the club.
In his debut season for United, Eriksen made 44 appearances in all competitions and started 25 of the 31 league games he was available, scoring once and getting eight assists.
This season he has notched one goal and two assists in 15 appearances.

United have endured an inconsistent season so far but secured three points against Everton in their last game on Wednesday (6 December).
They next face Bournemouth in the Premier League at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon (9 December).
