Sources: Rangers agree Todd Cantwell fee and medical lined up
Rangers have had a bid for Todd Cantwell accepted by Norwich City, sources have told Football Insider.
The Glasgow giants have been granted permission to hold talks with the versatile forward as they close in on a full agreement.
Cantwell is set to head to Rangers to discuss terms and undergo medical tests.

He could become the club’s first January signing as boss Michael Beale looks to add to his side’s attacking options.
The Ibrox club have also submitted a £1million bid for Swansea City’s Morgan Whittaker that has been rejected.
As revealed by Football Insider earlier on Tuesday (17 January), Rangers are readying an improved offer of £1.5m.
Cantwell and Whittaker have emerged as Rangers’ top targets this month as boss Michael Beale looks to add to his side’s attacking options.
Football Insider revealed on Sunday (15 January) that PSV Eindhoven are rivalling the Ibrox club for Cantwell as they look to replace Cody Gakpo this month.
But Rangers have had their latest bid accepted and now look set to sign the former England Under-21 international – whose contract at Carrow Road has less than six months to run.
Cantwell has made 18 Championship appearances this season but is yet to feature since the World Cup break – and hasn’t been included in a matchday squad under new boss David Wagner.
In his 129 appearances for the Canaries, the midfielder has scored 14 goals – six of which came during his time in the Premier League.

Rangers are second in the Scottish Premiership – and are seeking reinforcements in order to cut the nine-point gap to Celtic at the top of the table.
Beale’s side will also face the Hoops in the final of the Scottish League Cup on 26 February.
