Sources: Rangers star Ryan Kent offered four-year deal by two clubs
Rangers star Ryan Kent has been offered a four-year deal by Turkish side Fenerbahce, sources have told Football Insider.
Soon to be Premier League side Burnley have also offered Kent a deal at the club and have been in talks with the winger since January.
This site has learned that the wages Vincent Kompany’s side have offered are believed to be higher than the Turkish club’s proposal.
The 26-year-old is out of contract this season and could quit the Glasgow club for free if he does not sign an extension.
Back in February, sources told this site that the Gers had been hopeful of agreeing a new contract with the winger amid interest from Burnley.
Light Blues boss Michael Beale has previously stated that the only regular members of the starting XI that would be departing at the end of the season were Alfredo Morelos and Allan McGregor, both of whom are out of contract at the end of the season.
But now Beale has appeared to suggest that the attacker could be out the door this summer.
As quoted by the Sun (30 April), following the 1-0 Scottish Cup semi-final defeat to Celtic, Beale said Kent has “possibly” played his last game at Hampden.
Kent has made 44 appearances for the Gers across all competitions this season and has scored three goals and provided ten assists in those outings.
Last season, the winger scored three goals and provided 19 assists across 46 appearances in all competitions.

Since joining the Ibrox club in 2019, Kent has made 218 appearances across all competitions, netting 33 goals and providing 57 assists in those outings.
He was part of the squad that stopped Celtic’s ten in a row hopes and was a key member of Giovanni Van Bronckhorst’s squad that reached the Europa League final.
