Sources: Tottenham in advanced talks to seal Amrabat loan-to-buy deal as release clause revealed
Tottenham are in advanced talks to sign Fiorentina midfielder Sofyan Amrabat on a loan-to-buy deal, Football Insider understands.
Spurs are keen to take advantage of the 25-year-old’s desire to reignite his career with a Premier League move.
A Tottenham source has told Football Insider that the club are confident of finalising a deal in which Amrabat would join on an initial loan.

Talks are centring over Spurs then having an option to buy in the summer set at £13.4million.
That is believed to be the sum of the release clause in Amrabat’s contract.
Tottenham are closing in on the midfielder amid doubts over the futures of Tanguy Ndombele, Giovani Lo Celso and Dele Alli.
All three were omitted from the matchday squad for last Sunday’s 2-0 Premier League defeat to Chelsea.
They have been told they are free to secure moves in the final days of the window.
Conte is keen for a midfielder he can rely on for the second half of the campaign.
However, Amrabat has been a fringe figure at Fiorentina this season.
He has made only one Serie A start this season, in mid-October, with his other 10 appearances in the league coming from the bench.
In total, the Morocco international, who is currently on African Cup of Nations Duty, has had just 290 minutes of senior action this term for his club.

He joined Fiorentina from Hellas Verona in January 2020 for around £17million.
The midfielder, who was born in Holland, has also previously played for Utrecht, Feyenoord and Club Brugge.
In other talks, Tottenham negotiate £50million player-exchange deal.
