
Sources: Tottenham submit Ellis Lehane offer – and want deal done soon
Tottenham have offered a two-year scholarship contract to striker Ellis Lehane, sources have told Football Insider.
Spurs have begun the process of identifying the best talents for their Academy intake for next season.
It is believed that Tottenham have moved to secure young Englishman Lehane, 15, to a scholarship and want a deal done soon.

Should the Premier League club’s offer be accepted, the plan is for it to be completed in time for the youngster to join the summer’s new intake.
The rising star has bolstered his reputation with a series of impressive displays at age-group level for the club this season.
He made his Under-18s debut as a substitute in the 3-1 FA Youth Cup defeat to QPR on 20 December, replacing Tyrese Hall for the last 29 minutes of the match.
Lehane is among a group of young talents who have already been offered scholarships by the London giants.
Spurs typically offer scholarships around February or March, with the deals then starting on 1 June.
Tottenham have a reputation for giving first-team opportunities to their best youngsters, especially in the European and cup competitions.
In recent times, Dane Scarlett, Alfie Devine and Nile John have all made their first-team debuts after graduating from the academy.

The most recent academy product to establish himself as a first-team mainstay is Oliver Skipp, the 22-year-old who has played 12 times this season and made 63 appearances in total.
Among the older stars, Harry Kane is the poster boy of the club’s youth set-up.
