Sources: Tottenham terminate forward’s deal
Tottenham forward Jeremie Mukendi has left the club, sources have told Football Insider.
The rising star, 22, was surprisingly kept on by Spurs in the summer after they U-turned on releasing him.
Mukendi continued to represent Spurs even though his contract had expired and featured for the Under-21s during pre-season.

But he has now severed all ties with Tottenham and has now left the club.
He will not be involved for the development squad going forward.
Mukendi has been badly affected by injuries over the last three seasons, and that has significantly curbed his involvement.
The first of those was in December 2018 when the player suffered a season-ending knee injury while deputising at right-back in an Under-18 game at Leicester City.
Mukendi only made one appearance in the Premier League 2 during the 2021-22 season.
The right winger only made more than 10 appearances in a season for the Spurs’ various youth sides during the 20217/18 campaign.
In total, he made 25 appearances while coming through the ranks at Hotspur Way.
Mukendi was a schoolboy sprint champion who won 100m and 200m events in borough-wide competitions for three straight years.
Tottenham’s Under-21 side are having a torrid campaign in their Premier League 2 division, failing to win any of their 12 games this season.

On Monday (7 November), they were beaten 3-0 by Chelsea.
They are next in action against West Ham United, the only team below Spurs in the table, on Friday (11 November).
In other news, one Tottenham expert has issued a ‘huge’ Ivan Perisic prediction after what he’s seen in person.
