Sources: Tottenham staff braced for Traore medical after £22.75m fee agreed
Tottenham staff have been told to prepare for a medical after Wolves accepted their Adama Traore bid worth £22.75million in total on Friday afternoon, Football Insider understands.
The Londoners are close to making the Spain international, 25, the first signing since Antonio Conte took over as manager.
A Spurs source has told Football Insider that the club are putting the finishing touches to the move this weekend.

Traore has travelled with the Wolves squad for their Saturday 3pm clash against Brentford although it remains to be seen if he will be involved.
Spurs’ medical team are braced to put Traore through his paces if he agrees personal terms.
Wolves have accepted an offer of an initial £20m for the wide forward that will be topped up by £2.75m of performance-related add-ons.
All parties are now confident that Traore will become a Spurs player by next week.
The breakthrough in talks is a huge boost to manager Conte, who has made it a priority to strengthen on the right flank this month.
Spurs are possibly eyeing up Traore as a right wing-back, in a similar way to how Conte taught Victor Moses, previously a winger, to play in that position for Chelsea.
Traore has been targeted as his contract expires in 18 months and he has rejected attempts by Wolves to extend it.
The Spain international’s price tag has plummeted since last summer, when the Midlands outfit quoted £50m for him.
Traore has subsequently seen his price tag fall after struggling to hit the heights of his 2019-20 season at Wolves.
He has scored or assisted only once in 22 matches this term, and has lost his regular starting role.

Traore scored his first goal of the campaign last weekend in Wolves’ 3-1 win over Southampton.
In 153 appearances for the club since signing from Middlesbrough in August 2018, he has scored 11 goals and supplied 18 assists.
In other news, Tottenham have been tipped to complete four new signings this month after a transfer update from Alasdair Gold.
