Sources: West Ham set sights on striker duo – David Moyes working overtime to get deal done
West Ham manager David Moyes and his recruitment staff are working overtime to add a new striker to the squad this month, sources have told Football Insider.
The Irons are desperate for striking reinforcements this month after injuries to Michail Antonio and allowing Gianluca Scamacca to leave without a replacement last summer.
Antonio is facing up to six more weeks on the sidelines after suffering a setback in his recovery from a knee injury.

The Jamaica international last played for West Ham in mid-November before being sidelined with ligament damage.
And Moyes’ injury woes only worsened after the Irons’ 1-1 FA Cup draw against Bristol City on Sunday (8 January) – with both Jarrod Bowen and Lucas Paqueta picking up knocks.
A well-placed source has told Football Insider that Moyes and his behind-the-scenes team are hard at work to find solutions in the transfer market this month.
It is believed West Ham could revisit a deal for Paris Saint-Germain striker Hugo Ekitike after he came close to making a Premier League move in the most recent summer window.
Ekitike, 21, is completely frozen out at Parc des Princes and has played just eight minutes of action this term.
The Irons are also keen on Montpellier forward Akor Adams, who only joined the Ligue 1 outfit from Lillestrom last summer.
Adams, 23, has hit seven goals in 17 games across all competitions this term.

West Ham are currently without top scorer Mohammed Kudus, who joined the club from Ajax last summer and has lead the line at times for Moyes’ side.
The Londoners sit sixth in the Premier League after a strong start to the season and will play Europa League knockout stage football from March.
In other news, West Ham could now sell key man right at end of January window.
