Tottenham Hotspur travel to Turf Moor on Saturday evening to take on a Burnley side that incredibly sit above them in the Premier League table, and Mauricio Pochettino is set to make three changes to the side that lost at Manchester City.
Spurs were trounced 4-1 last weekend by the league leaders, being totally outclassed in all departments as they fell further behind in the race for the Champions League.
Pochettino’s side now lie in seventh in the league, with Burnley defying all expectations this season sitting by in sixth, one point ahead.
The Clarets were lucky to come away with a point last weekend against Brighton as Glenn Murray missed a penalty by skying his effort over the bar.
Spurs’ opponents did suffer a big blow in that game however, with mainstay and rock at the back James Tarkowski receiving a three-match ban for violent conduct following an incident in which he elbowed Murray.
Pochettino is expected to make three changes to the side that lost to City, including a recall for a powerhouse at the back, and one midfield destroyer expected to see the axe.
