Football Insider verdict:
Lucas Moura is a brilliant player. His direct style of play and electiric pace are ideal for the Premier League, and his vast experience of Champions League football would only help Spurs. Whether or not PSG are to accept Real Betis offer is unknown, but one would assume Spurs would have the fund neccesary to bring the Brazilian international to London. Lucas brings with him a portfolio of quality experience in Europe, having won major honours with the French giants. His winning pedigree and eagerness to play make him a very attractive comodity. Spurs can only hope Real Betis offer is turned down.
