Stan Collymore predicts Tottenham clash v Manchester United
By Danny Wright
Former Liverpool attacker Stan Collymore believes that Tottenham will fail to earn a win at Old Trafford on Saturday when they take on Manchester United.
Collymore has predicted that Mauricio Pochettino’s side will grind out a 1-1 draw when they travel to their Premier League title rivals this weekend, a result that the North London side may be willing to take.
Spurs can leapfrog United in the league standings with a win this weekend as the two sides go into the clash level on points in second and third.
A draw between them will no doubt mean that leaders Manchester City will be the big winners, as Pep Guardiola’s side could extend their margin at the top to seven points if they beat out-of-form West Brom later in the day.
Collymore posted his predictions on his personal Twitter account on Friday night.

Spurs have won two of their last five meetings with Man United, including the most recent one last May when Victor Wanyama and Harry Kane scored in the final ever game at White Hart Lane.
The last time Tottenham won at Old Trafford was over five years ago in September 2012 when Gareth Bale and Clint Dempsey earned them a 3-2 win after Jonny Evans scored an own goal.
In other Tottenham news, Toby Alderweireld made a questionable claim about Spurs following their midweek loss to West Ham.
