Fringe player earns first start since October: Celtic expected XI v Hearts
Celtic are out for revenge in their next league match, against Hearts at Celtic Park on Tuesday.
The Edinburgh side are the only team to have beaten the Hoops so far in the league this season, their 4-0 win at Tynecastle in December also ending the Bhoys’ unbeaten domestic run at 69 matches.
So Brendan Rodgers side will be out to make amends for that loss in front of their own fans, but will also be looking for their third league victory in a week.
Rodgers will have to make chances from the team which defeated Hibernian, with Craig Gordon and Leigh Griffiiths both picking up injuries.
The Hoops are still well clear at the top of the Scottish Premiership table, but can open the gap to second-placed Rangers even more with a win.
