Struggling player axed in one change: Celtic expected XI v Hibernian

Celtic head to Easter Road to face Neil Lennon’s Hibernian on Saturday, knowing that victory will clinch the club’s seventh title in a row.

The Hoops go into the match in good spirits, after hammering bitter rivals Rangers 4-0 in the Scottish Cup semi-final last Sunday.

Whilst some fans would apparently like to see the Hoops drop points against Hibernian so they can potentially clinch the title v Rangers in the next league fixture, the majority of fans, Brendan Rodgers and the players will want the title to be clinched as soon as possible.

It won’t be an easy game at all for the Hoops, who have draw twice against Lennon’s side this season, and the former Hoops will be determined that his old team don’t get to enjoy a title party at Easter Road.

Rodgers is expected to make only one change from the side which emphatically defeated Rangers.
