Injury-prone Manchester United star, Eric Bailly, 23, tops the list, with Manchester City’s John Stones and Chelsea’s backup defender Kurt Zouma making up the rest of the top three.
The popular radio station complied a list of the best young centre-backs in England’s top division this season after Middlesbrough were relegated to the Championship on Monday night.
A poor season in front of goal proved costly for Boro, but the defensive duo of Ben Gibson and on-loan Arsenal man, Callum Chambers did impress during their relegation campaign.
