This may be real reason for Rashford's woes at Man United - pundit
Gabby Agbonlahor has suggested Marcus Rashford’s woeful performances for Man United are because something is going wrong in his personal life.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the ex-Aston Villa and England attacker claimed “everything went wrong” for Rashford during their 1-0 win over Villa yesterday (10 January) and Ralf Rangnick needs to get to the bottom of it.
According to sofascore, the forward lost the most duels of anybody on the pitch (10) and was also dispossessed a whopping 18 times.
The England international’s recent performances have come under scrutiny and he insisted on Saturday (8 January) he is not sulking.
“Last night didn’t look like sulking,” Agbonlahor told Football Insider correspondent Connor Whitley.
“Last night looked like something is going on off the pitch. We don’t know about players’ private lives. It looked like a player with something on his mind.

“Is there something going on off the pitch we don’t know about? It wouldn’t surprise me.
“I wouldn’t hammer Rashford after last night, there might be something bigger going on off the field. That’s what it looked like to me. Rangnick needs to find out what it is.
“Last night was not a Marcus Rashford performance, everything has gone wrong. Every pass he made went to a Villa player, every time he tried to go past a Villa player it was wrong. All his decisions were wrong.
“That isn’t Marcus Rashford. There’s something else on his mind. Hopefully, the club can help him and he can get back to his best.”
