Three attackers Tottenham could now sign as worst Mohammed Kudus fears become reality – One is Fulham star
Tottenham are scrambling to ready options in the transfer window after it was reported that Mohammed Kudus’ injury is worse than feared.
Kudus limped off in the first half as Tottenham drew 1-1 with Sunderland on Sunday, with Thomas Frank confirming that he was awaiting the results of a scan.
The winger has been a bright spot for the Lilywhites in a season in which they have been extremely difficult to find.
Kudus has been a constant threat for Tottenham, putting up incredible numbers for dribbles and chances created since arriving from West Ham.
Only Lamine Yamal has completed more dribbles than Kudus in Europe’s top-five leagues, despite his team’s poor form.
However, after the Telegraph reported that scans have shown that Kudus’ injury is worse than first feared, Football Insider has suggested three attackers that could be signed this month.

Brahim Diaz – Real Madrid
Tottenham’s decision to sell Brennan Johnson to Crystal Palace has only increased the pressure on a new winger’s arrival this month.
While a difficult window to attract a top target in, January will provide some opportunities for decision-makers at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

One could be that of Brahim Diaz at Real Madrid. The winger has been linked with a move away from the Bernabeu for years after initially signing from Manchester City, and could be finally ready to make the switch.
The 26-year-old is currently at the Africa Cup of Nations with Morocco, but will face a decision upon his return.

Takefusa Kubo – Real Sociedad
According to Fichajes, Real Sociedad have opened the door to offers worth around £35million for Takefusa Kubo in January.
The winger has suffered from a difficult season, finding the net just twice in his 17 appearances across all competitions, yet his quality remains clear.

The Japan international has built up a reputation for himself in La Liga over the past few years, and could be just the type of winger that Frank is looking for.
A strong finisher and a highly skilled technician, Kubo would certainly add something different in the final third at Tottenham. And just 24, the winger still has plenty of development to undergo.
Harry Wilson – Fulham
Harry Wilson has only recently grabbed the headlines, despite completing his move from Liverpool to Fulham four and a half years ago.
Despite almost joining Leeds United on deadline day, the winger has been in stunning form for Fulham this season. He has netted six league goals, including one against Tottenham, and found four assists as well.
More impressively, nine of those direct goal contributions have come in the last 10 matches in what has been a ridiculous run of form.
Wilson’s goal catalogue is so impressive that he is now widely acknowledged as one of the best strikers of the ball in the Premier League, and Tottenham could bring him to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on a cut-price deal.
The 28-year-old’s contract is due to expire this summer, with negotiations over a new agreement yet to make progress. If Tottenham were to butt in and end any possibility of a renewal, they may well be able to take Wilson for a favourable figure.
