Rodgers must be brutal: Three Celtic players who need to be axed for Hibernian clash
Celtic’s recent 1-0 Champions League group stage defeat to Anderlecht was one of their worst performances of the season and manager Brendan Rodgers must make some brutal changes to his side as a result.
The team seemed paralysed with fear that they would lose by the four goal margin which would see them crash of Europe entirely on Tuesday night.
That wasn’t the case as Europa League football was secured, but Rodgers will no doubt be concerned that so many of his big players went off the boil.
Changes will have to be made for the upcoming clash against Neil Lennon’s Hibernian at Easter Road with three players who stand out as ones who should be axed from the squad.
The former Hoops manager would no doubt take great pride in becoming the man to end Celtic’s 67 match British record domestic unbeaten run.
