Three senior Rangers players fighting for futures after manager search is over
COMMENT By Danny Wright
Rangers have made some terrible decisions in the transfer market in recent season under the leadership of both Mark Warburton and Pedro Caixinha.
In the summer just gone, the Light Blues experienced a major overhaul of the first-team squad that saw 11 players switch to Ibrox as Caixinha looked to stamp his own authority on the team.
Alfredo Morelos, Daniel Candeias and Declan John are just three examples of players how have come in and done a good job for the Gers.
However not as many of them as first hoped have been hits, and an uncertain time lies in wait after Caixinha was sacked by the Rangers board last month.
Derek McInnes appears to be the favourite to take over the Ibrox reins and that could spell the end of many players’ careers with the 54-times Scottish champions.
