Celtic make a huge statement over their domestic rivals on Wednesday night as they strolled to a 3-0 win over their closest challengers Aberdeen at Pittodrie.
The Hoops moved three points clear at the top of the Premiership table as well as extending their unbeaten domestic run to 61 games.
Kieran Tierney opened the scoring for Celtic as Brendan Rodgers switched up his formation to have three at the back which meant that the marauding Scot could play more of an attacking role.
He was once again involved in the second goal when his brilliant cross set Moussa Dembele up to score a tap in.
After the break, Dembele, who was coming into the line-up to replace Leigh Griffiths, earned his second brace in as many games with another easy chance inside the six-yard box after Dedryck Boyata headed down a Stuart Armstrong free-kick.
There were plenty of things to take away from the Bhoys’ dominance over Aberdeen and here, Football Insider, looks at three things we learned from the 3-0 hammering.
