Rodgers simply has to start Rogic every week as his performance against Aberdeen proved that he is one of the most technically gifted players on the books at Celtic Park.
The 24-year-old stole the show at Pittodrie after proving to be a constant menace to the Dons defence, who clearly didn’t do their homework on him as he was always allowed to move on to his left foot and have a pop at goal.
Rogic offers physicality too as at times he was able to bring down the high balls, and that is perhaps what Celtic need most in their upcoming Champions League clash with Bayern Munich.
With Rogic in behind Dembele, the Hoops will be offered a chance of getting the ball up the pitch against the Bavrians, who are likely to dominate possession.
