Three things you might have missed about Rangers win v Ross County
Liam Kelly was the back-up goalkeeper – not Jak Alnwick
Young goalkeeper Liam Kelly took Jak Alnwick’s regular place on the bench for the win over Ross County after the former Port Vale shotstopper picked up an injury in training.
Kelly spent last season on loan with Livingston as they won the Scottish League One title and promotion back into the second tier and is the firm third choice at Ibrox behind Wes Foderingham and Alnwick.
It was always unlikely that Kelly would have been called into action but Alnwick’s injury could cause some concern for the Gers depending on the severity of it.
