
Hazard claims major Tottenham transfer would be worth pursuing if price is right

Micky Hazard and Graham Roberts responded to a Tottenham fan’s question about whether Gareth Bale was worth buying.
The fan who posed the question acknowledged that Bale’s injury woes are a concern and pondered whether he was ‘too much hassle’.
The Daily Mail broke down Bale’s long list of injuries and worked out that the former Tottenham favourite has missed 40 of the last 60 Real Madrid matches due to them.
The two former Tottenham players took note of the injuries when answering the question, revealing it would all depend on the price that Spurs could get Bale for.
The exact answers were:
Hazard made the cheeky joke about acquiring the Real Madrid star on a free transfer, with Roberts providing the more serious response that everybody has a price.
Bale spent four years at Tottenham racking up 203 appearances in which he scored 56 goals and grabbed 58 assists.
The 28-year-old only managed to win one honour at Spurs, the League Cup, but has added to his personal trophy cabinet during his time at Real Madrid.
The Wales international has won three Champions Leagues, three UEFA Super Cups, one league title, one Spanish Cup, one Spanish Super Cup and even three Fifa Club World Cups.
