Tottenham expected to sign another winger after Ivan Perisic news in last 24 hours – expert
Tottenham will sign another winger if Steven Bergwijn completes an exit from the club this summer.
That is the view of former White Hart Lane number one Paul Robinson, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about the 24-year-old’s likely exit from Spurs.
Bergwijn has struggled for game time this season.

Harry Kane, Son Heung-min, Lucas Moura and Dejan Kulusevski are all ahead of him in the pecking order.
Tottenham also confirmed the signing of Ivan Perisic on Tuesday (31 May), although it is believed he will be used primarily as a left wing-back by Antonio Conte.
When asked by Football Insider‘s Dylan Childs if Spurs could afford to let Bergwijn go and not directly replace him, Robinson said: “Spurs could get away with what they’ve got but I think they will replace him.
“Spurs will have a lot of games next season. There is going to be two or three games a week.
“Bergwijn is a player I like. He has not been given an opportunity given the quality of the other players in the squad.

“I think he will go somewhere and have a real impact. He is tenacious, quick and knows where the goal is. He is a player I really like and I am just disappointed that it hasn’t worked out and that he is going to move on.
“They will replace him though, I’m sure. The Champions League will test the squad.”
