Tottenham expert shares chances of Neves signing amid '£100m' claim
Tottenham will not pay £100million for Ruben Neves but there may be interest if his asking price drops.
That is according to Spurs insider John Wenham, who regularly breaks news about the club on his Lilywhite Rose social media channels.
The Catalan giants have reportedly labelled the wantaway midfielder a “priority” ahead of the summer window.
He has made 29 appearances in the Premier League this season, scoring four goals and registering two assists.
However, Wenham claims it would take £100million to lure Portugal star away from Molineux this summer.

“He’s a very good player but I see Wolves have slapped a £100million price tag on him,” Wenham told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“That’s the fee that I have seen mentioned and there is no way we would pay that.
“It’s up to Wolves to set that price tag and they can do that. It’s about what he is worth to Wolves.
“I can’t see us getting him as long as that price tag stands. We are well stocked in midfield as well.
“If that price tag was to come down and he was an achievable player then we would have to see.
“But I don’t think anyone signs him for £100million.”
Neves had made 208 appearances for Wolves since joining the club in the summer of 2017.
He has scored 24 goals and provided 12 assists for the club.
