Tottenham fans ‘gutted’ after ‘disaster’ Dejan Kulusevski injury blow v Palace
Tottenham fans have been left “gutted” after Dejan Kulusevski limped off with an injury in the first half of their Premier League clash against Crystal Palace.
Ange Postecoglou’s side fell to another 2-0 defeat at home after Palace saw goals from Ismaila Sarr and Maxence Lacroix disallowed before Eberechi Eze’s goal put the Eagles 1-0 up at half-time.
The second half saw Eze find his second goal of the game, before both sides slowed the game down with their thoughts focused on upcoming cup finals.
However, the game’s main talking point came when Kulusevski was withdrawn after just 19 minutes following a strong tackle by Marc Guehi.
Postecoglou made eight changes to his starting XI with the Europa League final in mind, but was unable to prevent the Sweden international picking up a knock.
While his withdrawal appeared to be a precaution, Spurs fans have insisted the club is “cursed” as they have their fingers crossed for his swift return.

Ange Postecoglou’s Tottenham future in the balance
The upcoming Europa League final against Man United is crucial for Tottenham both on the pitch and financially, but also for the future of the manager.
Football Insider revealed Postecoglou could stay at Tottenham if his side lift the Europa League and secure qualification for the Champions League.
However, fans are losing patience as a result of their dismal domestic performance and failure to win the competition will “definitely” see him sacked.
Football Insider revealed on 11 April that Postecoglou is among the favourites to be sacked at the end of the season amid growing pressure from the fans.
As things stand, though, sources say the decision is still on the toss of a coin and his future will largely hinge on their European success.
Dejan Kulusevski suffers injury blow after James Maddison latest
Kulusevski’s injury will come as even more of a blow to Tottenham as James Maddison has been ruled out of the final with his own fitness issues.
The attacking midfielder appeared to struggle with his back after Guehi’s challenge and was filmed heading straight down the tunnel following his withdrawal.
As a result, fans have taken to social media to express their frustrations, as many admitted they have been left “gutted” by the latest injury “disaster”.
