Tottenham fans react on Twitter to 26-year-old fitness update
By Danny Wright
Tottenham fans have taken to Twitter to give their thoughts on Danny Rose’s imminent return to full first-team training.
The 26-year-old is set to step up his recovery from a knee injury over the course of the next week as he targets to play again before the season ends.
Spurs confirmed the full-back’s fitness update on their official Twitter page on Thursday.

However Spurs fans appear to have lost faith with the club because of how long it has taken for him to recover – with some saying that their updates are beginning to look like ‘a copy and paste job’.
Rose hasn’t played since January and has missed 16 games in all competitions, and despite usually slotting straight into Mauricio Pochettino’s first-team plans, some supporters don’t think that the left-back would find it easy to get a starting place if he returns.

Ben Davies has stepped in to replace Rose during his lengthy spell on the sidelines and has done an impressive job in helping Tottenham keep up the pace with league leaders Chelsea.
Spurs have failed to win just one of the 11 games that Rose has been absent but are four points behind the Blues going into the final four fixtures.
Pochettino and his men travel to West Ham on Friday night in a bit to keep alive their hopes of winning the Premier League title.
In other Tottenham news, Vincent Janssen has delivered a message to the fans ahead of the Hammers trip.
