Harry Kane, Eric Dier and Mousa Dembele were all forced off with injuries in the 1-0 win against Sunderland – and the Tottenham supporters voiced their concern on Twitter.
The trio were all substituted off in the second-half and Mauricio Pochettino will be concerned about the extent of the injuries.
Dembele and Dier were both replaced after suspected hamstring blows, whilst Kane was stretchered off after appearing to damage his ankle.
The England forward did leave his mark on the game, scoring the only goal as Spurs continued their unbeaten start to the Premier League.
Spurs dominated the Sunday meeting but failed to be clinical in front of goal as Jordan Pickford delivered a stunning performance in the Sunderland net.
The club’s fans expressed their worry on Twitter over the injuries that the three main players suffered.

A good win & still yet to concede from open play this season in the perm. Son was outstanding. Praying the injuries aren't bad!

Injuries to Dier, Dembele & Kane definitely take the gloss off this victory.

Kane would be a huge blow for Spurs if he is sidelined for any matches, with the striker winning the Premier League golden boot last season for his 25 goals.
Midfield enforcer Dembele has only just returned from a six match suspension and was a crucial part of the team that finished third last season.
Team-mate Dier was deployed a centre-back in the victory but is predominately used in the defensive midfield role and considered an important first-team member.
The suspected injuries to Dembele and Dier did not look as serious as the Kane incident, but the supporters will be keen to find out how bad the damages are to the trio.
