Tottenham fans have taken to social media to react to Mauricio Pochettino’s decision to name Lucas Moura among the substitutes for the clash against Arsenal on Saturday.
The Lilywhites confirmed their starting XI via their official Twitter account, confirming that the Argentinian boss had chosen to make 10 changes from the side which comfortably beat Newport County in midweek

Michel Vorm, Serge Aurier, Juan Foyth, Danny Rose, Toby Alderweireld, Victor Wanyama, Harry Winks, Moussa Sissoko, Erik Lamela and Fernando Llorente all drop out of the side to be replaced by Hugo Lloris, Kieran Trippier, Jan Vertonghen, Ben Davies, Davinson Sanchez, Eric Dier, Mousa Dembele, Christian Eriksen, Dele Alli and Harry Kane.
After defeating the League Two side 2-0 in front of their own fans, Spurs play host to their north London rivals looking to keep up their hunt for a top four spot come the end of the season.
However, despite the mass of changes, it was the inclusion of January signing Lucas on the bench which had the Tottenham faithful reacting on Twitter.
Here, Football Insider has rounded up a selection of the supporters’ best tweets:

Arsenal defeated Tottenham 2-0 in the reverse fixture at the Emirates Stadium back in November, with Shkodran Mustafi and the now departed Alexis Sanchez scoring the goals, but despite this they still find themselves behind their rivals in the league table.
The Gunners sit in sixth, four points behind Pochettino’s men in fifth, after thrashing Everton 5-1 in their last outing, while Spurs’ last Premier League saw a dramatic end in the 2-2 draw against Liverpool.
