Tottenham fans react on Twitter to N'Koudou display against Aston Villa
By Harry Sykes
Georges-Kevin N’Koudou played a key role in Tottenham’s 2-0 FA Cup win over Aston Villa on Sunday – and fans took to Twitter to hail his display.
The wide forward came off the bench in the second half to ignite a much-changed Spurs side that were struggling to overcome the Championship side at White Hart Lane.
But N’Koudou made an instant impact as he teed up Ben Davies for the headed opener after 71 minutes of the third-round tie.
Son Heung-Min added a second shortly after to secure the win for Spurs and secure their place in the draw for the fourth round of the FA Cup.
It was N’Koudou’s first assist for Tottenham in what was his 11th appearance of what has been a difficult first season at the club.

But fans were mightily impressed by the 21-year-old and urged manager Mauricio Pochettino to give him more opportunities.
Here is a selection of their messages on Twitter:

N’koudou did more in 15 minutes than Janssen did in the whole match. Surely he’s had enough chances now, absolutely woeful.

Special mention for Nkoudou. He was lively, changed the game, wanted to impress and basically ahead of Janssen & Onomah to play for us #COYS

N’Koudou has played just 238 minutes for Spurs since his £11million summer transfer from Marseille, and has struggled to gain the trust of Pochettino.
The Tottenham boss’s priority is a top-four Premier League finish but he will be keen to oversee a strong cup run after a dismal Champions League Cup and early exit from the League Cup.
In other Tottenham news, the club are close to sealing an attacking midfielder transfer.
