Tottenham hailed ‘best in the Premier League’ by expert as Mohamed Salah cited

Tottenham have the best front three in the Premier League, according to Paul Robinson.

The former White Hart Lane number one, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, claimed Harry Kane, Son Heung-min and Dejan Kulusevski are better than Liverpool and Man City’s front threes.

Kane, Son and Kulusevski have starred this calendar year and no Premier League team has scored more than Spurs since January.

However, the trio failed to score on Saturday as Antonio Conte’s side slipped to a 1-0 defeat at home to Brighton.

Tottenham signed Kulusevski after Liverpool hijacked their move for Luis Diaz at the eleventh hour.

The Sweden international has established himself as a regular starter in north London, ahead of the likes of Lucas Moura and Steven Bergwijn.

When asked by Football Insider‘s Dylan Childs if Spurs have the best attack in England, Robinson said: “They run Liverpool’s front three very close.

“The [Luis] Diaz signing has been great for them.

“But when you are talking about a set front three that play week in, week out then Spurs do have the best in the Premier League.

“Liverpool and Man City rotate their forwards. They do not have a consistent front three. You probably couldn’t pick a best three out of [Mohamed] Salah, [Diogo] Jota, [Roberto] Firmino, [Sadio] Mane and Diaz.

“If you are looking for a best three combination you cannot look beyond Kane, Son and Kulusevski.”
