Tottenham in hunt to sign Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall – sources
Tottenham are set to go head-to-head with Premier League rivals like Brighton and Brentford in the race for Leicester City star Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, sources have told Football Insider.
The top-flight trio had interest rebuffed in January but are planning to return for the 25-year-old this summer.
Football Insider revealed on Monday (8 April) that Leicester will find it difficult to keep prize asset Dewsbury-Hall at the club into the 2024-25 campaign.
It is believed an exit for the midfielder is inevitable if the Foxes are not promoted back to the Premier League this term.
The likes of Tottenham, Brighton and Brentford are on high alert and ready to seal a potential “bargain” deal for his services, sources say.
Dewsbury-Hall has been the star performer for Enzo Maresca’s side in the Championship this term.

He has notched 12 goals and 14 assists (26 goal contributions) in 44 appearances across all competitions in the 2023-24 campaign.
His contract at the King Power Stadium runs until June 2027 after penning his last renewal in 2022.
Selling the 25-year-old will represent pure profit for Leicester in the club’s accounts due to his homegrown status – potentially alleviating their difficult financial situation.
The Foxes were charged with an alleged breach of Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR) for the 2022-23 campaign after recording losses of £90million for the year.

Dewsbury-Hall has turned out 124 times in total for Leicester after making his first-team debut in January 2020.
He has played 59 times in the Premier League and won the Community Shield with the Midlands club in 2021.
