Tottenham insider: ‘Big clubs are looking’ after source latest on dazzling Hall
Tottenham must do everything they can to keep Tyrese Hall as he is a “top talent”.
That is according to Spurs insider John Wenham, who regularly breaks news about the club on his Lilywhite Rose social media channels.
On 8 December, a Tottenham source told Football Insider that the club regard Hall, 16, as a star-in-the-making and they intend to promote him into the first-team set-up if he continues his rapid progress.
However, it is understood Spurs are facing a major fight to keep hold off Hall as he is on the radar of a number of Europe’s top clubs.
The Londoners are not able to offer the rising star a professional contract until he turns 17 next year and this situation has alerted several of Europe’s giants.
Wenham wants Tottenham to agree a deal with Hall as soon as possible.
“He’s another top attacking talent,” Wenham told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“I’m hoping he can be signed up as soon as possible. I have seen the report that some big clubs are looking at him.
“If nothing else, that shows we are dealing with a top talent.
“That is really exciting and I know he has already been playing at higher age groups when needed.
“All of that is what you want to hear when you are talking about players coming through.
“I hope his future is with Tottenham because everything we have heard about him and seen from him is really promising.”

Tottenham have proved willing to fast-track the best of their young players over the last year.
Teenage trio Dane Scarlett, Alfie Devine and Nile John have all made their first-team debuts after graduating from the academy.
In other news, an Insider has told Football Insider how Tottenham are working on a deal to sign “unbelievable” player in January.
