Tottenham insider claims Tanganga could join Premier League club in January after source’s reveal today
Japhet Tanganga could leave Tottenham on loan in January if another centre-back arrives at the club.
That is according to Spurs insider John Wenham, who regularly breaks news about the club on his Lilywhite Rose social media channels.
Tanganga, 22, has made 14 appearances in all competitions for Tottenham this season.

However, Antonio Conte is looking to strengthen his defence in January.
Football Insider has been told by a Spurs source today the club’s priority in January remains to sign a top-class centre-back and among the targets are Stefan de Vrij, Antonio Rudiger and Matthijs de Ligt.
Wenham claims Tanganga could join another Premier League side on loan if at least one of the duo joins the club.
“I think Rodon will definitely go in January,” Wenham told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“The only way he will stay is if Dier picks up a long-term injury. One the face of it, that would cement his place in the side.
“However, if we do sign another centre-back then there could be a loan for Tanganga.
“I keep seeing reports linking us with new centre-backs so that wouldn’t surprise me.
“I would send Tanganga to someone in the Premier League, somewhere he can play week in week out.
“The teams in the bottom half of the table would gladly take him.
“I don’t want Tanganga’s development to stagnate. If he goes out, he needs to play every week.
“His future is definitely at Tottenham. He counts as homegrown and he’s club trained which is very useful for European squad rules.
“He’s a Tottenham fan and he’s never let us down, I’m delighted for him.”

Tanganga has made 38 appearances for Spurs.
He is yet to score for the club.
In other news, an insider has been told by “multiple sources” that Tottenham are “confident” of agreeing a sensational new deal.
