Mauricio Pochettino must rival bitter enemies Chelsea in their reported pursuit of Everton midfielder Tom Davies to push his Tottenham side towards Premier League glory.
The Sun claim Chelsea are interested in signing the 19-year-old, after he broke into Ronald Koeman’s side to star for the Toffees during their 2016-17 campaign which saw them finish seventh.
It is said that Antonio Conte has been given a transfer budget of £140million to spend on four new players, with Alex Sandro, Virgil van Dijk, Fernando Llorente and Antonio Candreva as well as Davies on his shortlist.
Pochettino is yet to enter the transfer market for new talent this summer but is expected to do so before the window closes in five weeks’ time.
