Tottenham plan to accept Tanguy Ndombele offer as new details emerge – sources
Tottenham loanee Tanguy Ndombele is unlikely to sign a permanent deal with Galatasaray but the club will listen to offers for him this summer, sources have told Football Insider.
Speaking on the latest edition of Football Insider’s Inside Track podcast, senior correspondent Pete O’Rourke explained that Spurs will be keen to recoup some money from their loan players.
He explained that people often forget that the North London club broke their transfer record to sign the midfielder from Lyon.
Spurs spent £63million on Ndombele in July 2019, with the 27-year-old since making 91 appearances in white.
The midfielder has no future at Tottenham and is not expected to play for the club again.
His contract runs until the summer of 2025.
Turkish giants unsure about permanent move for Tottenham man
Ndombele has featured 25 times for Galatasaray this season, playing in the various domestic competitions and in the Champions League.
It is not his first loan spell away from North London, with the midfielder having been previously loaned out to former club Lyon and Italian side Napoli.
Last May, former Spurs defender Alan Hutton told Football Insider that the club needed to get rid of the midfielder in the summer.
They did let him go, but it is only a loan move to the Turkish Super Lig side, with Ndombele joining Galatasaray in September 2023.

Spurs have been going strong under Ange Postecoglou without the club-record signing in midfield, with the manager able to rely upon the likes of Yves Bissouma, Pape Matar Sarr, Rodrigo Bentancur, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Oliver Skipp this season.
