‘Tottenham plan to accept Yves Bissouma offer after source’s reveal’
Tottenham are prepared to entertain offers for Yves Bissouma amid growing interest in a permanent deal, according to their former scout.
Mick Brown, who also worked as the chief scout at Man United and Blackburn and remains very well-connected at his former clubs, exclusively told Football Insider that Thomas Frank is prepared to cash in on the 28-year-old before the season begins.
Spurs paid an initial £25million to sign the midfielder from Brighton in 2022, and are aiming to at least break even with just one year remaining on his contract.
This comes after Brown told Football Insider that Bissouma is keen to join Juventus while his agent has been drumming up interest in a summer move.
There is a growing belief that a move to Italy would be beneficial for all parties and Spurs are prepared to let him go if an acceptable offer arrives.
Meanwhile, Football Insider revealed in March that Tottenham would hold “crunch talks” with Bissouma about his place in the squad given his contract situation.

Thomas Frank makes Yves Bissouma decision at Tottenham
Brown told Football Insider in March that Tottenham will accept offers for Bissouma in the summer and are working on a deal to replace the midfielder.
The former scout, who has a wealth of experience in top-level player recruitment after over a decade at Man United during their most successful period, insisted that their stance remains unchanged and they will listen to any incoming offers.
“I think Yves Bissouma is a very good player,” he told Football Insider.
“But from what I hear, he’s not really the type of player Thomas Frank likes to use.
“The call now is for more of a physical, box-to-box type midfielder, and he isn’t one of those.
“Tottenham are going to be open to offers for him and there are a few clubs having a look, because his agent has been working to find him a move.
“With only a year left on his contract, Tottenham are going to look to cash in on him.
“If they can make back the money they spend to bring him in, around £25-30million, I think they’ll be more than happy for him to move on.
“There’s the interest from Juventus and I don’t think they’ll be the only ones looking.
“So I expect these clubs will step up their interest soon and he could leave Spurs.”

Richarlison update emerges as Mohammed Kudus deal close
Bissouma is not the only player on the fringes of the starting XI who could be allowed to leave Spurs this summer, as speculation continues to surround Richarlison.
Football Insider exclusively revealed on 7 July that Richarlison is ready to quit Tottenham as they close in on a move to sign West Ham star Mohammed Kudus.
Sources say the Brazil international is likely to be sacrificed in an attempt to clear room in the squad, with interest from the Saudi Pro League lingering.
This comes after Brown told Football Insider in April that Richarlison is “certain” to leave Spurs when the summer transfer window opens.
