Dier was way too anonymous in the first-half but seemed to grow with confidence as the game went on.
His long-rage pass to find Alli was perhaps the best ball he has played in his career and he deserves massive credit for it.
Dier gets a lot of stick and splits opinion for both Spurs and England, but he is a vital cog in this team.
