Tottenham plot Kim Min-Jae summer transfer, Luka Vuskovic to be pushed towards exit
Tottenham are pushing to secure the signing of Bayern Munich defender Kim Min-Jae in the summer.
The Lilywhites have placed the South Korea international on their shortlist for the upcoming transfer window, and are ready to battle Chelsea for his signature, according to CFBayern Insider.
Both Premier League giants are “closely monitoring” the 29-year-old centre-back, and a deal cannot be ruled out in the summer, despite him currently being happy with his role at the Allianz Arena.
Tottenham are eyeing another major rebuild after a dismal domestic campaign so far this term, but every action in the transfer market is likely to have consequences elsewhere.

Tottenham could pay ultimate Luka Vuskovic price with centre-back move
Spurs have identified the centre of their defence as an area that needs to be improved if they are to climb back up the table next term.
However, the desire to strengthen by spending big money in the market shows a lack of faith towards the promising youngsters who are coming through their ranks.
Highly-rated 18-year-old Luka Vuskovic has made huge strides during his loan spell at Hamburg this season, so much so that he has even attracted genuine interest from Bayern Munich, according to The Athletic.
Spurs have denied any chance of a sale so far, but a move for Kim would surely force the Croatian further towards the exit.
The arrival of a new centre-half would put yet another obstacle between the starlet and a place in the first team in North London, and after the success that he has enjoyed away from his parent club this term, it could even be enough to convince him that a permanent move would be good for him.

Vuskovic is well within his rights to be miffed by the latest links, and it could see Spurs pay the ultimate price by losing their most promising starlet if he decides that he has had enough.

Cristian Romero future to hinge on new manager
Cristian Romero has grown increasingly frustrated with Spurs in recent months, prompting fresh suggestions that a switch to Atletico Madrid could be on the cards at the end of the season.
The Argentine defender has been critical of the way that the club have handled the recent injury crisis, and while everything points towards him being keen to get away, his future could hinge on Spurs’ next appointment.
If he sees that the club hierarchy are making a concerted effort to secure a top-level manager to step into Thomas Frank’s shoes on a permanent basis, then it may be enough to convince him to stay put for another season.
Romero’s future is another which could have a big impact on Vuskovic, as the 27-year-old is currently a staple of the starting XI that the youngster would need to overcome at some stage of his career.
