Tottenham prepared to sell Joe Rodon to Leeds United as new price revealed – sources
Tottenham are prepared to let Joe Rodon join Leeds United on a permanent deal this summer, sources have told Football Insider.
Speaking on the latest edition of Football Insider’s Inside Track podcast, senior correspondent Pete O’Rourke revealed that he is “sure” that Rodon will complete a move to Yorkshire this summer.
The North London club are gearing up for a busy summer window and view the 26-year-old as an asset that can help to balance their books and raise funds.
The arrival of Micky Van de Ven pushed Rodon down the pecking order at Spurs and the Welsh international was given the green light to join Leeds on a season-long loan.
He has become a mainstay under Daniel Farke and a fan favourite at Elland Road.
Tottenham will accept £15m Joe Rodon bid
Rodon has made 40 appearances across all competitions for the Whites and has been a crucial part of a defence that has only conceded 30 league goals all season.
As revealed by Football Insider, an offer between £10-15million will allow Rodon to make the move from Tottenham to Leeds in the summer – should Farke’s side achieve promotion.
Leeds missed a golden opportunity to return to the top of the Championship table on Friday evening when they drew 2-2 with Watford.

Speaking on Football Insider’s Inside Track podcast, O’Rourke said: “Joe Rodon has done really well at Leeds United and I’m sure he will now move on in a permanent deal if they go up.
“Spurs are going to be busy in the transfer window, but they’re going to have to balance the books as well and that means players leaving.”
