‘Thomas Frank set for exit-decision on Tottenham record-breaker’
Thomas Frank is set to be faced with some exit decisions in the transfer window already as he looks to shape the Tottenham squad he inherited from Ange Postecoglou.
The former Brentford boss has plenty of work to do as Spurs look to significantly better the 17th-place finish they managed in the Premier League last term.
Meanwhile, Tottenham could beat Manchester United to Bryan Mbeumo‘s signature, after the Cameroon international thrived under Frank at Brentford.
But as Frank looks to strengthen his Spurs squad, he must also facilitate the exits of some of his current assets this summer.

Tottenham set to make Alfie Devine transfer decision
Alfie Devine became Tottenham’s youngest ever player and goal scorer when he scored in an FA Cup victory over non-league side Marine in 2021.
According to the Sheffield Star [18 June], Sheffield United are considering signing both the midfielder and defender Ashley Phillips on loan from Spurs ahead of next season.
Devine spent last campaign on loan with Belgian club Westerlo, notching six goals in 32 appearances across all competitions, whereas Phillips enjoyed a loan stint with Championship side Stoke City.

The young Tottenham duo may not be ready to enjoy first-team football at Spurs next season, while Phillips has already endured loan stints in the Championship with Stoke, Plymouth Argyle, and Blackburn Rovers.

Meanwhile, before joining Westerlo last season, Devine made 15 appearances for Plymouth in the second tier during the 2023/24 season.
But as the South Yorkshire side plot an automatic promotion push, Sheffield United are set to appoint Ruben Selles, as exclusively reported by Football Insider.
Moving to a Blades outfit who are intent on returning to the Premier League could prove to be a positive step in the development of both Devine and Phillips.
Once he replaces Chris Wilder, Selles will want to add quality to his ranks, which is something the Tottenham duo would be able to bring to Bramall Lane.
Meanwhile, Frank may reap the benefits of sending the midfielder and defender on loan to South Yorkshire, as they could return to North London as better players.
