Tottenham set for ‘huge loss’ as two players tipped to follow Giovani Lo Celso out the door – expert
Tottenham are set to make “a huge loss” on Giovani Lo Celso, Tanguy Ndombele and Bryan Gil this summer, according to Paul Robinson.
The former White Harte Lane number one, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, claimed the club will not recoup “anywhere near the amount” they signed the trio for.
According to the Daily Mail‘s Sami Mokbel (26 May), Spurs will listen to offers for Lo Celso, Ndombele and Gil this summer.

The three midfielders spent the second half of the 2021-22 campaign out on loan.
A recruitment source told Football Insider (31 May) that Villarreal are in advanced talks to sign Lo Celso permanently following a successful loan spell with the La Liga side.
Tottenham want in the region of £20million for the Argentina international.
When asked by Football Insider for his thoughts on the trio’s future, Robinson said: “They are going to take a huge loss on Ndombele and Lo Celso and Gil to a lesser extent.
“They are not going to get anywhere near the amount they bought them for.
“They have been deemed not good enough for Antonio Conte’s squad.
“Lo Celso is a top player and I’m a big fan of his. But he does not fit into the way Conte wants to play. Somebody will pick up Lo Celso.
“Ndombele has a real attitude problem. Multiple managers have struggled to get the best out of him.

“When he is at his best he is top class. That is why they paid so much money for him. His attitude and application has not been good enough though.
“Regardless of who signs those three players, Spurs are going to make a huge loss.”
In other news, Tottenham are expected to sign another winger after Ivan Perisic news in the last 24 hours.
