‘Tottenham set to appoint new manager and sign new set of players’
Ange Postecoglou remains under pressure at Tottenham despite their progress into the Europa League semi-final after a 1-0 win against Eintracht Frankfurt.
Tottenham’s league performance has been far below expectations as they sit 15th after 32 games while they were eliminated from both domestic cup competitions.
Ex-Spurs scout Mick Brown told Football Insider that Postecoglou will be sacked if he fails to lift the Europa League come the end of the season.
Now, the club’s former goalkeeper Paul Robinson has told Football Insider that a potential squad overhaul could follow the decision to sack Postecoglou.
There are concerns about a number of first-team stars at the North London club and any incoming boss is likely to be backed to mould this squad in his image.

Tottenham plan squad overhaul after Ange Postecoglou sack
Speculation of a squad overhaul comes amid interest from Man City in Destiny Udogie as Pep Guardiola is also plotting a potential overhaul of his first-team squad this summer.
Meanwhile, Football Insider revealed Tottenham are confident of keeping Udogie thanks to his long-term contract which will keep him at the club until 2030.
Speaking on the latest edition of Football Insider’s Inside Track podcast, Robinson has insisted that Spurs are planning to hold on to the left-back, but are open to a number of other players leaving as they aim to kickstart a rebuild.
“You can see another overhaul coming at Tottenham,” he told Football Insider.
“They’ll look to bring in a new manager and a new set of players potentially.
“I think Udogie is going to be one of the ones that the club are reluctant to let go.
“He’s got a decent length left on his contract and he’s been one of Tottenham’s best players this season, he’s been a standout performer.”

Andoni Iraola update emerges at Bournemouth
Amid growing pressure on Postecoglou, Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola has emerged as one of the leading candidates to replace the boss this summer.
However, Football Insider exclusively revealed on 18 April that Bournemouth have offered Iraola a new contract to keep him at the Vitality beyond the end of the season.
Bournemouth are doing everything they can to keep hold of the Spaniard as he remains a crucial part of the project being put in place.
This comes after Brown told Football Insider that Iraola is in pole position to replace Postecoglou as a result of his impressive season with Bournemouth.
