Tottenham told the ‘exceptional’ Iliman Ndiaye offer that will be accepted

Iliman Ndiaye has started the season in impressive form and is now attracting the attention of top Premier League clubs.

The Senegalese winger has been with the Toffees since his move from Marseille in the summer of 2024.

Iliman Ndiaye was one of Everton’s best performers during their 2-0 defeat to Manchester City, and has received a lot of praise in recent weeks.

He already has three Premier League goals so far this season, and has become one of the main men in David Moyes’ side.

Iliman Ndiaye linked with Tottenham

Ndiaye has been linked with a move away from Everton, and Tottenham are one of the clubs reportedly interested in the winger.

Everton’s former chief Keith Wyness – who served as CEO at Goodison Park between 2004 and 2009 and now runs a football consultancy advising elite clubs – believes his old side will only accept exceptional offers for the 25-year-old.

Speaking on the new edition of Football Insider’s Inside Track podcast, Wyness insisted that Tottenham will be forced to pay around £100million if they want to sign Ndiaye.

Wyness added that the Senegalese international is very happy on Merseyside right now.

He told Football Insider‘s Inside Track podcast: “It’s going to take a huge offer. Ndiaye is very happy at the club right now. I think there will be a new contract situation cropping up pretty quickly. So let’s just see how that goes.

“I don’t really see him going unless it’s an exceptional offer, £100m or something like that sort of level.

“Look, he’s impressed everybody. He’s got very fast feet. He’s great to watch. He’s exciting to watch. And if you’ve got him and Grealish and Dewsbury-Hall on the same team, you’re starting to see some entertaining situations and it’s difficult for other teams to defend.

“So it’s working well as a balance and Moyes was quite astute in terms of getting that sort of balance. So we can see what they’re aiming at, but they’re not getting the finished product in front of goal, and that’s the biggest issue.”

Everton linked with Tottenham striker

Amid concerns about striking options, Everton could make a move for Tottenham forward Richarlison in the January transfer window.

That is according to former Spurs and Man United senior scout Mick Brown, who claims that the Brazil international would be open to leaving the North London side for the right opportunity.

Richarlison left Everton to join Spurs in the summer of 2022, after playing a vital role in keeping them in the Premier League the season before.

Moyes is reportedly determined to sign a new striker, and could bring the 28-year-old back to Merseyside.
